Comfy stopover

Liked: Lots of facilities at the services. Nice sized room and bathroom.
Disliked: Lack of extra wall sockets and usb ports.Prices gone up although nothing has changed

Liked: Good location for an overnight stop.
Disliked: Very expensive for a room only, the hotel appeared very quiet which is probably to be expected given the cost.The charge for my dog had increase by 50% since I made the booking but I was charged the amount in place at the time of the booking. I don't know how the amount charged can be justified.

Convenient and comfortable but very...

Liked: Inexpensive, convenient and comfortable for a one night stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Only eating options are motorway service stop in which it's situated - nowhere for a glass of wine with dinner. Exiting south is a bit odd (through no-entry signs) but the helpful staff do provide clear instructions. Fine for an en-route overnight stop but not for longer.

Liked: The staff were lovely.
Disliked: The heat. The (total lack of) ventilation. It was one of the most uncomfortable nights we've had in years.The room caught the sun and turned into a sauna, even when it was cool outside at night there was no way to force cool air in from outside.
