Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: A second chair in the room would have been welcome.

Liked: A very economical, clean and comfortably hotel room. Conveniently located for our needs.
Disliked: I am disabled and an intermittent wheelchair user. When booking, I directly called the hotel to ensure there was ground floor availability and was assured they had a suitable room. On arrival I was allocated a first floor room,they were unable to change.

The reason I booked this was due to being able to have three people in the room as with mum and sister .

Liked: The Staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant which made for a better stay than first expected, liked having Starbucks coffee on our doorstep for breakfast .
Disliked: The advert for this hotel was in Shifnal Station and a Market town with lovely restaurants ,was very surprised to see that it was actually in a service station which was a 10 minute taxi ride away from hotel.
