Friendly staff and a good...

Liked: The room and bathroom had everything I needed to rest and recuperate after a busy day.
Disliked: The shower curtain was damp and the bathroom needed airing. The odours cleared after a while once the ventilation got going.

Liked: Cheap and cheerful. Basic but clean and good value. Staff are really nice.
Disliked: One flat pillow on the bed each.

Disliked: Nothing really the location is what it is at the side of the motor way but there is a nice back entrance into the county side

Good value for an overnight...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and the room was OK if a little shabby. Good value.
Disliked: Some of the decor was a little shabby and the shower thermostat did not appear to be working. The water was too hot for comfort and, possibly, dangerously hot. Access to the hotel was by travelling south on the M5. To get there we had to travel 6 miles north and then 5 miles south. The facilities at the service area were not very good. They were mucky and shabby or closed.
