Will never stay there again
Disliked: When we went to check in no one was at the front desk, so we left and came back later. The carpet in to room was dirty we could see everywhere we walked. Also, the door safety lock was wrapped in tape that was so dirty it was black.

Complete bust - don?t waste...
Disliked: When we arrived at 4 pm, we waited 20 minutes in the lobby before seeing the first employee. She came out in her pajamas and went searching for the front desk associate. She finally found him and he checked us in. Our first room was a complete bust. The floors were dirty, the toilet paper holder was taken apart and lying in the sink, there was no toilet paper in the room at all, the heat did not work, and the bed sheets were not clean. There were food crumbs and pubic hairs on the bedsheet and the sheets were extremely wrinkled. When we asked to be switched to a different room, they did not apologize or offer any explanation. They did switch us to another room, and that one at least had no crumbs or hairs. The bed sheets were again extremely wrinkled and the floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed in a week. My husband accidentally left our room key in the room while we went out, so when we arrived back at the hotel at 1:30 AM, we asked the front desk associate for a new key. He did not ask for any information other than the room number. This is a huge safety concern for us as anyone could have asked for that room key and come into the room in the middle of the night. Overall impression- don?t waste your time. There?s a much nicer Days Inn just a mile or two up the same street.

very comfortable and great location
Liked: we were traveling with our 11 yr.old grandson and the King suite was perfect. we really liked 2 bathrooms and 2 TV's.
Disliked: I called the hotel at 11am the day of checkin & I was told I did NOT have a reservation. I went into damage control mode. I called the hotel back about 12, got a different person and I was then told I DID have a reservation. It was very stressful for a short time.
