Liked: Very convenient location.
Disliked: Faucet and toilet needs to be changed… it’s both broken and water from toilet leaking all night and toilet handle comes out loose while flushing.

Liked: It was so close to the Falls which is great with young children. Pool was great also and room was a good size.
Disliked: The pull-out couch was so uncomfortable we could not sleep on it and as a result my husband slept on the floor both nights. The mattress was so worn it felt like you were sleeping directly on the metal and it was very hard and noisy.

Great value and location

Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful. Also, the location was good. It wasn't a long walk to Niagara Falls. There is a good Indian restaurant nearby. Overall, the place was a good value for the price.
Disliked: The only thing was the toilet was clogged. It was handled promptly

Liked: The location is very convenient and walkable to the sites like Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls.
Disliked: The coffee machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. I was not able to drink their complimentary coffee due to the dirty coffee machine.
