Liked: The location and the front desk staff were great
Disliked: The hallways were way too cold for kids to be swimming and having to go to the hotel room wet after.

Terrible

Liked: I never leave reviews but extremely disappointing stay. The hotel failed to meet basic needs: only 2 towels provided for a family of 4, no extra pillows available, and inconsistent garbage removal, had to constantly call front desk. The thin walls amplified hallway noise, and late-night disturbances went unaddressed. The sofa bed lacked essential linens. Staffing seemed inadequate. For the price, this spring break experience was unacceptable.
