Great family hotel.

Liked: Accommodating staff, great kitchenette room options, great pool and water slide, continental breakfast was great.
Disliked: Carpet a bit dirty in the room

Liked: Great staff - good attached restaurant for lunch and dinner. Good complimentary breakfast and a 24 hour coffee station. G
Disliked: As with most hotels the Saturday night price skyrockets when sports teams are in town.

Good property but not best...

Liked: Cleanliness and services. Great location and acceptable complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: Lack soundproofing. Costly compared to other hotels in winkler

Liked: Staff was friendly, toys for the pool, pool was good but can be cleaner, free coffee in the entrance area
Disliked: The mattress was already worn out. The furniture was old and no longer fully functional. My son sat down on a table and the foot broke. I had to pay $150 for an old thing where the foot probably already had a crack in it.
