Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williamsburg Colonial

It doesn't look great from the outside but it's clean inside. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. The front office staff were awful! They were never there. Always had a sign out that said be back later and we'd have to wait 5 minutes or more every time. The sheets were clean but very stained. For the cost it's not a bad place to stay, just be prepared!

Disliked: Floors were nasty. The toilet didn't work. 2 people showered, then the water didn't work. Had no wash rags. Found a dirty nasty wash rags. The couch bed was nasty and old. Carpets had so many stains and smelled badly

Disliked: Bad location there was drunk and drug up people 3 rooms down from us Lost of trash everywhere and room had a lot of pee stains and a lot of cigarette burns
