Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williamsburg Colonial

It doesn't look great from the outside but it's clean inside. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. The front office staff were awful! They were never there. Always had a sign out that said be back later and we'd have to wait 5 minutes or more every time. The sheets were clean but very stained. For the cost it's not a bad place to stay, just be prepared!

Disliked: I have been there with the Family’s trip for a very long time and this hotel is going down the hill fast it definitely not like it use to be I’m very disappointed even My Family’s is disappointed. I deserve a good free night there was nothing in the room No towel no coffee make No breakfast waffles maker like it use to be this place is going down to the dump.

Liked: The workers were nice and it was in a perfect location near everything
Disliked: Noone ever came to clean our room ..the floor had stains on it there were ants in the bathroom and the mattresses were stained

Disappointing

Liked: Nothing. I have stayed at 3 other days Inn by Wyndham and have enjoyed my accommodations very much. This one was very disappointing.
Disliked: Booked a first floor room. Given a 2nd floor room. I have stage 4 congestive heart failure and I had to climb stairs when I am not supposed to. Refrigerator made noise and leaked water all in the floor. Front desk clerk wouldn't help me get my ground floor room that I had booked.

Liked: The room smell like feces I had to go get air freshener that did not work there were Roaches on my countertop in the morning and they advertise breakfast the only thing they had was many muffins and coffee that is not considered a breakfast to me the property was not very well maintained one of the ice machines were broken I think it was overrated and overpriced
Disliked: All that things I mentioned right above are things that I think is not acceptable in a hotel roaches were awful the bathroom smelled so bad I kept the door shut I went and bought spray and it did not even work
