The only reason I wouldn't stay there again was the beds.

Liked: Clean; high security; polite staff.
Disliked: Bed were way too soft and uneven. Your head was lower than your feet. We had to sleep opposite. And the beds had no back support. When a 9 year old and 18 year old both say their back's hurt from the bed, that's a problem.

Liked: Clean; comfortable beds; friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Liked: It was clean. The staff was amazing. Booking.com had booked a room, when there was no room available. The staff worked some magic and found us a room. They went out of their way to help us.

Liked: Fast friendly service, pool and hot tub were great. Comfortable clean room. ( we were in a non pet friendly room)

They wanted me to pay...

Liked: No carpets in room.
Disliked: After adding an extra night through booking.xom. I went to the front desk and told them multiple times that I added an extra night through booking.com. I was told that I will have to pay their higher rate. Had to raise my voice and they finally accepted the booking.com price. I don't know if it was incompetence or if they were intentionally trying to overcharge me. Also I'm allergic to some sort of sanitizer they use. This also happened in another day's inn location.

Liked: It is our second time checking in here and we only have 2 issues,the TV in the separate room is not working. Besides that we had a great stay!
