Disliked: Made me book twice, telling me they would help me cancel, and then ignored my request when I paid for the room in cash

It has a great location...

Liked: The location is great. We attended a concert nearby and it was great.
Disliked: It wasn't very clean. We noticed stains on the blanket and hair on the towels. Additionally, although the room was supposed to be smoke-free, there was an odor suggesting otherwise.

Liked: Tv service, wifi
Disliked: Taps, light switches coated in grime. Shower was saturated with soap scum and orange mold. Room smelled of marijuana. Walls had scuff marks. I went to Walmart and bought a bleach cleaner and and fabreeze. I cleaned the bathroom, shower and all switches and knobs. Disgusting!
