Overall it was good minus...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and room was clean
Disliked: The room smelled of cigarette smoke and that aggravated my allergies

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room smelled of stale smoke. The sheets were either dirty or stained. We were on the road passing through and only there for about seven hours to sleep. We pulled the comforter straight back up because that looked clean and used our blanket. we stripped the bed next morning to make sure the sheets would be washed. the top mattress protector had burn holes on it. The 2nd bottom mattress protector seemed fine bit we didnt dare pull that to see the mattress! The toilet seat was very loose and crooked and the bathroom fan was disgusting. Floor was pretty stainded an corners were caked with nastiness. We certainly wouldn't stay there and probably avoid the chain all together from this experience to be honest.
