Maids knocked on our door at like 9a.m. We didn't have the 'do not disturb' thing on the door but figured they wouldn't even try unless the people actually checked out. They knocked and I said "yes" but they still tried to open the door. Just seemed kinda early and pushy. People do sleep in past 9. Haha! Our key cards never really worked. Went back twice to get new ones and the third time only one card worked and that is only after trying it several times in the door :/ Would be nice if you had the guest binder in the room that had the local restaurants and such if you are not from the area.
Liked: Good location; easy check in.
Disliked: Maid service; key cards.

Very disappointed
Disliked: Sheets had stains, pool/ hot tub looked dirty, toilet didn't flush right, TV didn't work, carpet had rips, broken door lock, smell of the room was horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Second time in a year...
Liked: I only had trouble with booking.com when I booked they ask me to open the app to complete my registration but the registration didn’t follow so I had two registration in the end. Still working on refund for unused second registration! Your staff cancelled it already but only two dollars refunded by booking.com so far!!!
Disliked: No issues with anything else. Excellent job.

Not worth the money.
Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: No breakfast, no pool, wifi sucked, no shower curtain, no locks on side door to building, not very clean, someone stole money out of our car, bad area.

Disappointing.
Disliked: I pre-checked in and the receptionist could not find that information. I dId not know there was no elevator. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor and my mom has difficulty with stairs. Her TV did not work, but they replaced it in a timely manner. No breakfast at 6:30am when I went down to check. There was no hot water for showers. I believe they were short staff as there was no one at the front desk when we went to check out. Instead there was a basket on the counter with sign to place our room cards in.
