Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tuscaloosa - Univ. of Alabama

Disliked: The security fence on the property closed while we were going through it and caused damage to our Cadillac CTS. The hotel is refusing payment. We will be talking to our lawyer and will never stay at a Days Inn again. I actually feel like we deserve a refund of our money.

I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was very clean; good amenities.

Liked: Wonderful staff; clean, comfortable room.
Disliked: Room smelled sort of like popcorn.

Disliked: Behind a noisy KFC, terrible smelling dumpsters, Poor Service (no towels), Sticky floors, Strong moldy scent, Terrible breakfast (not even water).

Disliked: Broken shower rod informed on check in. Manager said will fix in the am. Checked out 2 days later still broken.

Disliked: Bathroom disgusting tub had mold in it caulking was moldy fan constantly running with dirt and mold hanging out beds we very poor floor was dirty no closet had to ask for towels and toilet paper 2 times

For the price it was...

Liked: Office Staff was friendly and very helpful. They got our rooms close together (we had 3). The location wasn't bad , it's right by Walmart. It was very quiet at night. We didn't hear anything from outside or from other rooms.
Disliked: It was not cleaned well. Crumbs in the corners, carpet coming apart, sheets were stained (seems to be washed but had stains on all 3 rooms) very humid rooms with a mold smell. No exhaust fans in bathrooms
