Terrible loud location,room/breakfast quality, poor...

Liked: some staff.
Disliked: Had to change rooms 3 times,3 days. 1. leaking a/c, 2. screaming obscenities,2 loud dogs,super loud tv. 3. All bathroom doors incorrectly hung & hit u while always closing by themselves-not staying open, have huge bruise on forearm. breakfast not good, old apples, little variety in generic baked goods. little to no insulation in walls/between floors.very loud. right beside freeway so loud traffic noise thru single windows.

Liked: Im not sure if i liked something in particular, other than that it was included in the price
Disliked: I was expecting a little bit more from the breakfast, some eggs would be great. It was 2 types of cereal, machine made pancakes (cool machine btw) and 1 choice of juice.

Liked: Perfect location. Near to several restaurants and stores.

Disappointing

Disliked: False advertisement I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 full beds. Bathroom had only half a roll of toilet paper no spares fridge did not work it would not make our drinks cold a huge crack on roof of one of the beds that looked like if someone would dare jump hard they fall through the roof. Then to find out on day of signing they charged a addition fee for the pet it says pet friendly and information was add then told if he is staying there a a 20 plus additional for his stay.

Liked: We are very particular about hotel rooms since my husband has a service dog with allergies, so cleanliness is a must. I usually do a “white towel test” on the floor, and I was beyond impressed—the only dirt I found came from my own shoes! The room was spotless, fresh, and so comfortable, which gave us real peace of mind while traveling.Thank you to the staff for maintaining such high standards. You made our stay stress-free, and we are truly grateful!
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better, but that is just MY OPINION… my husband loved the pancakes.
