Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Traverse City

Wasn't a bad place to stay for the price........you can definitely tell it is an old motel.....the fridge in the jacuzzi suite didn't get very cold at all....but the room served it's purpose.....who knows I could stay here again... staff were really nice and I thought the continental breakfast was great.....

Overall I had a good...

Liked: Location and clean, comfortable big bed
Disliked: Bathroom shower wall had cracks and looked old and not freshly cleaned

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was very nice
Disliked: The carpet had stains on it and was not secured to floor in some spots. The blinds were dirty like something had splattered on it. Shower pressure was too strong.

Disliked: Staff refused to give invoice. Treated us badly because "we booked through booking.com"

Liked: Great staff! Very affordable, clean room, great access to the TART trail for walking / biking to nearby businesses.
Disliked: Traffic in front of the hotel is bumper to bumper during the day. Older building with thin walls and windows, a bit noisier than other hotels. Wasn't awful but was present. No OJ for breakfast, breakfast options were pretty limited.

Just okay.

Liked: Good location. Basic breakfast. Good water pressure. Staff seemed nice enough.
Disliked: Sand, dirt and grit in my bed. Ended up sleeping on top of it. I'm not sure if the couple near us were above, below or right next to us, but it was basically an x-rated bang-a-thon all night and all morning. The walls are pretty thin, so if there's an orgy going on nearby, your kids will hear it.

Liked: Beds comfortable, Shower was old but it worked great! Spacious room (we had the lower level handicap one). We could hear a little bit the footsteps upper level and toilet -but it was not dramatic.
