enjoyed the family suite was...

Liked: The front office was excellent the staff assisted and address any concerns I had like the tv or needing a cab, very professional and always addressed the concern in a timely manner with a smile.
Disliked: The carpet down the hallway is older and seems it needs a good cleaning.

I would rate better but...

Liked: Unfortunately nothing, it was very nice hotel but it seem something changed .Anyhow , this time was bad experience.
Disliked: Room not clean smell very bad as Heavy smoker Even the cover where bad not clean.No hot water at shower Elevator very dirty , ,stuff at night shift not polite and not aware how to deal with client
