Hotel and Booking.com on same...

Liked: Very good location in conjunction with the other locations we needed to visit.
Disliked: I had booked a week through Booking.com. upon arrival at hotel was told they book rooms three days max at a time. I advised the person checking me in that my confirmation from Booking.com did not advise me of that policy. After checking with another individual that I did not see, I was allowed to keep my reservation in tack. I was, however, getting ready to leave this hotel and check in some place where I could stay for a week. If, in fact, this is a new rule for this hotel, Booking.com needs to be made aware of such.

Exceptional

Liked: The cleanliness and comfortable bed! Definitely will book again.
Disliked: Was a little unsettling about the 100 cash only deposit. However the process went great, no hiccups.

Poor

Disliked: Toilet would barely work, supposedly no small towels for bathing. Breakfast was prepackaged food. $100 security deposit was added to bill and supposedly to be refunded after check out. Heavy smell of disinfectant throughout hotel. Stayed here a few times but has gotten bad. Will not be staying here again sadly.

Extremely unhappy as I was...

Liked: I was charged for 2 rooms and the staff acknowledged it was a booking issue they said they cancelled the second reservation.That was also confirmed in the morning upon my check out by the morning desk staff. Upon return from my trip I checked my credit card and noted that they didn’t cancel the second room. Very disappointed in both desk staff members. I’ve spoke with my credit card company and they are also disipointed.

Liked: We love this hotel front dest agents are always so friendly and it generally really quiet.
Disliked: Our lock and door handle to our room was not working properly it was really loose maintenance man was extremely rude didn't knock before he tried to come in them didn't fix the problem at all blamed it on us that the keys were deactivated witch was not the case. Then maids didn't knock either just came right in on two separate occasions.
