Disappointing

Liked: The room was great. Everything was well above average. Room was quiet and clean . Breakfast was really Good
Disliked: Front desk was very unprofessional. Both the first shift when I booked the reservation and the next shift when I spoke to another front desk person be ausevi had to rebook the reservation because somehow they decided to cancel my reservation without speaking to me directly. I will leave it at that. Very disappointed

Disliked: Room was in poor repair, baseboard separating from wall. Towels were ragged. The bed was uncomfortable and had some metal thing under it that made noise when you rolled over. Door at the end of the hall didn’t activate with room key. Etc

Liked: It’s a close location to the airport and there’s eating facilities nearby. I like the bench seats in the window.
Disliked: The floor was obviously not swept, there is no refrigerator in the room, and the lighting is very dark.

Do Not Stay Here

Liked: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, these things did not make up for the loud notices in the hallway several times in the middle of the night or being awaken by hotel staff in the morning conducting a "room inspection" because they suspected someone in the hotel was smoking.
Disliked: I was jolted awake twice in the middle of the night by loud voices in the hallway outside our room. Hotel staff did nothing to stop this.Then I was woke up in the morning with a pounding on the door by hotel staff demanding to be let in for a "room inspection" because they suspected someone in the hotel was smoking. Well, it wasn't us! We were told that the hotel owner smelled smoke in the hallway and instructed staff to inspect each room so the culprit could be charged money for breaking the rules. We were not offered an apology for this intrusion. I Do Not recommend staying here where they obviously don't care about their customers and displayed behaviors quite to the contrary.
