Liked: the place was fine. the issue was with a financial matter and some of the staff. general manager Mike Patel was professional and courteous to the best of his ability given the situation
Disliked: the reservation said there was a pet. the pet was present at check in and yet I was surprised with attempted charges in the morning. after a bit of hassle I decided to check out but the assistant manager Rafael Alvado refused to give me my property from the room because I raised my voice. at that point I did in fact raise my voice and was trespassed from the property. the unprofessional and confrontational nature of the staff present was atrocious. had I not had another individual with me I beleive I would have been assaulted physically by the man attempting to keep my personal property. he refunded fifteen dollars as that was his estimation of what was owed but the company later refunded the second day without further hassle.

Liked: The room was clean and nice pictures in the room.
Disliked: We got to breakfast at 8:55am. The man says breakfast is over at 9. The place was clean up and spotless…so it was closed early. Offered nothing kindly-maybe “hers a yorget and muffin” Considering there were a handful of rooms (no one related) that arrived late from the east coast and we had weather delays. No shuttle, I called and said we were going to be late=nothing.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff very friendly. Check in and check out staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Have stayed here before and was very satisfied. This time, room not real clean. We had to ask for towels, but then had to actually go get them as they were not brought to our room. We like that dogs are allowed, yet the room is small. Room was not checked during our stay, meaning no trash was taken out for us. I don't care about bed not made, but no fresh towels, and again trash not taken out for us. Also, bathroom not in good condition. Shower head loose, no hook on the wall to hang bathrobe., yet there was bracket for the hook.
