I would stay again if...

Liked: I really liked having a little kitchen and free breakfast. The room was very nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like looking out the window at scaffolding, went a day without a hairdryer because it need a new outlet. The toilet made noises like it was running and every little while it sounded like it flushed so I just shut the door at night. I forgot to tell them about it when I left. A couple of nights there were young teens on 2 floor for a soccer tournament I think it was and it was very noisy. They would run up and down the hallway or just seem to get together and talk loud in the hallway.

Liked: I felt I was stolen. I booked a pet friendly room using booking.com. During my checkin I was “moved” to an upgraded room because I had pets. I need to pay extra money because of that. So why this room was available in booking? If this is a mistake I should not be charged. The person in the front door told me I didn’t have options I must to accept.Although, The hotel is great, good bed, bath, room, breakfast, and so on.

Liked: Our Room door was not getting locked! Other people in hotel were complaining for the same. We complaint to hotel staff but it was not fixed and we had to leave room unlocked!AC/Fan was not working, we called staff and they were not able to fix it. We requested for pedestal fan, staff said he will check and never showed up again! Sorry, overall we had very bad experience while staying there. We found this hotel is pricy as compare to value!
