Liked: Breakfast was not up to par, I had an early start and they accommodated me but when the front desk changed person they forgot about me. I had an 8 day stay and had asked to get my room done 5 days into it and they forgot to do it.
Disliked: I think transferring information from one shift to the other was lacking.

Bad

Disliked: The price I thought was good for a jacuzzi room but then paid for room through booking .com n then down how the room for canceled by the property n it was paid for n had a confirmed room then went to property n was told we didn't have the room or showed canceled n roks us we had to go through booking for Com n wouldn't let us rebook or book another room there n then got email saying gonna be charged more on credit card since.we didn't show up n we did n the rim was canceled by the property
