Room was clean and cool...

Liked: Breakfast was not available. There was no coffee maker in the room or even any kind of glasses; glass or cardboard. I have never seen a lobby window that totally closes for the evening.

Disliked: Tub / shower was plugged, no pillow case

Disliked: The facility is gross the employees smoke weed right out the front door and the employees are rude and disrespectful.

Liked: It was horrible!
Disliked: Everything was a huge disappointment. Walked into an overwhelming smell of weed at front door. Even though advertised, coffee and breakfast were unavailable. I had done the pre check-in prior to arrival but front desk said they can't see that info. Had to give info all over again. When Going to room, dog barking from neighboring room, weed smell in hallway, our room smelled like someone was trying to mask a dead body smell. The lamp shades were stained and dirty, walls were peeling, mattresses looked like they were retrieved from an alley with black specks that smeared upon touch and toilet wouldn't stop running, kitchenette cabinets were peeling . Went to front desk to let them know we're not staying to be told that Mgr was out till Monday and doesn't know if we'll be reimbursed or not. They also told us they were double booked. Grossly unacceptable.
