Disliked: Already explained horrible and dirty. I have pictures. Flies on the room, even in shower.

Liked: Entrance looked nicer and clean. Staff was friendly
Disliked: I was asked to updated from king with hot tub to double queen with hot tub paid the extra and my room didn’t even have one. Told staff all they did was say oh we don’t even have those rooms…. Second the floors were nasty dirty hairy sticky just gross. I had to wash the floor myself. The bathroom looked like a ran down motel. Dirty looking floors with hair and debris all over moldy sunk in tub. When checking old the elevator broke and we got stuck for 2 minutes pressing the call button for help no one came or even seemed bothered we had been stuck between floors on the elevator. Coffee was broke. Breakfast well I would even call that breakfast
