Liked: The rooms here are always clean and the staff is one of the friendliest I've ever done business with. Anytime I'm working in pasadena I always stay here

Disliked: They had gave me my $100 deposit after 2 days then a day after they had took the $100 again without no cause and didn’t even notify me why.
