Liked: The rooms were spotless, The breakfast is great quick grab n go,with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Liked: Bed was comfy
Disliked: Desk staff complained how long he was working that day - crabby. I slipped and fell, full out, on the bathroom floor when stepping out of the shower. The tile was inappropriate for the bathroom, and it was an ADA room. Thank God I wasn’t hurt, but it was a frightening experience! I told the housekeepers, but they were not trained on how to handle this incident. There was not a desk staff upon check out. Won’t return to this location.

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: It smelled awful, like smoke and mold. Bathroom was absolutely filthy. Wish we read the ratings closer!
