Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Northwest Indianapolis

I am so sorry to report that the conditions at the hotel were so disappointing I couldn't stay. As I walked in from the outside in the stairway the smell of mold was too much. I have asthma and had a big dance competition the next day and couldn't risk being sick and unable to function. The hallways and door areas were dirty. I stay in hotels a lot in my work and have never had to refuse to stay in a building. I contacted your service and we waited on the hotel for about 10 minutes to answer with no luck. The lady said she would try them again. Now they said I would have to see if your company will reimburse my money. I sure hope so because when a hotel is listed as good and it's not, that's not fair to the public. Also when I called back and talked to the hotel lady about coming back to sign papers because of leaving she said I didn't have to and sent me a confirmation of my cancellation. She also said they were aware of the smell but couldn't get it under control. I sure hope you will do the right thing and return my money so I will continue to use your site and tell my friends how easy you are to work with. Liked: dirty beyond belief, i should have walked away fromt he booking... bathroom plumbing ruined... couldnt take a shower... tub was dirty... i washed it myself.
Disliked: dirty, pool area unfit ... patio doors broken, plumbing in the bath room broken--
