A little over priced. Enjoyed...

Liked: Clean rooms, bedding and pool.
Disliked: No shampoo or conditioner

Great location, nice staff

Liked: The night porter was a great dude.Eventhough one of our rooms appeared not to be cleaned the administrator quickly relocated us to another one.
Disliked: To be honest, everything was good.As a European, I would expect the breakfast to be more healthy, but it's America, baby...It's only so much they can do.

Disliked: I would like to improve the breakfast, the variety of food and make it healthier.

Niagara falls visit with Family

Liked: The room was clean and of sufficient size, and breakfast was a small buffet but good. The room was clean, and room service was available as per request.
Disliked: The location is a bit far from Niagara Falls. Not many shops can be found nearby so it's necessary to keep some basic groceries if traveling with kids.

Very disappointed

Disliked: The suite was too dirty. There were too much spots and humans hairs on the sheets and , behind the sofa. Very disappionted!! The breakfast was always served with the same menu.

Liked: Breakfast fine. Location bad. Too far from falls as was requested. Days didn’t have any of things we requested like first floor for handicap, three people to room with only two towels, glasses no ice. Will not rebook with booking.
