The proximity of the hotel...

Liked: I love the location of the hotel and our room is beyond expectation and my kids love it so much. Also, the value for money and the receptionist is friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

You get what you pay...

Liked: When we complain about the AC not working properly, it was taken care of immediately.
Disliked: More fruits better plates and trays etc. It appears cheap

Could have been much better...

Liked: Location and the pool. We didn’t use the pool due to time constraints. Parking was ok too.
Disliked: The ac unit is so frail and taped on ends, making it hard for us to appreciate the air just in case it falls, and we bear the brunt of the failure. Also, empty fridge is a no no. For a city and hotel not having some complimentary water is pitiable. They cost 10 cents, common!

Overall adequate room but improvements...

Liked: Close to the falls.
Disliked: Cable TV not good. Unable to get most channels during our stay. Large stain on the wall near the bed.
