Liked: Nothing honestly it was dirty my kids kept finding cockroach traps and we found peoples stuff in our room pet food in the vents our first rooms fridge didnt even work no fire detector no door lock truly the worst suite iv ever been in
Disliked: It was horrid and I asked for refund and they said no bc the manager wasnt there

Disappointing

Liked: Hotel employee is the best. Always makes me feel welcome and cheers me up when I come in sad. She is one of the reasons I stay here.

Disliked: The staff member girl with long black hair. Not accommodating. Would not check to see what rooms were available.

Liked: I love the staff would give more stars if possible. They treat me and my bf as if we actually matter. The always ask if I want a certain room because they know we like bottom floor and never moan or groan if we have an issue which we hardly ever do.
Disliked: I hate the pot holes lol. Can't help it though it's the storm drains.
