Liked: Recently updated, conditioner worked good, breakfast was amazing. Nice comfy, clean beds
Disliked: The pool, the chemicals were so strong that you could hardly breath and it burned your eyes

Great location, disappointing service.

Liked: The location was good. Lots of restaurants within close proximity. We were able to park right outside the room entrance which made it easier to unpack and pack the car.
Disliked: Firstly, I was charged twice for the room at 2 different amounts. The front desk was quick to respond to my query but it was not resolved immediately. I was told the refund could take up to 5-10 days. So not a good start to what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend away. The pool gets used by outsiders as well as the residents of the inn so as a result it was constantly busy. We stayed 4 days, the room doesn't get cleaned until the day you leave, so no clean towels unless you go to reception and request them each time you need. The breakfast was not great- by the third day the pancake machine and coffee machine was out of order. Overall I was very disappointed with this place.

The hotel is clean but...

Liked: The location was great for our purpose. The rooms were clean. The carpet on the stairs is ripped. The key cards worked a couple times then had to be replaced. When returning to our room we were locked out and had to go to get new cards. When the front desk attendant was told cards were needed they didn't ask for any id, just a room number. That left us feeling very insecure.
Disliked: When I was checking in the female hostess went to her computer and got distracted reading something. I thought she couldn't find my name and she was startled back to what she was supposed to be doing when I passenger my id. The first morning there was no coffee in the breakfast room. The pancake machine was out of service. There wasn't any room refreshing on our second day and no faceclothes to be had.

Unexpected visitors

Liked: Location
Disliked: Given the wrong room at check in, going to the room and having another family check into the same room.5 minutes later. After being given the room that we originally.booked, just a few hours later - while in our room, another family was given our room key to check in. So as we are in our pj's, our door opens FOR THE SECOND TIME! Lack of privacy is an understatement. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room didn't work. The front desk seemed confused and told us that we were registered to a room tbat we were not in. We were given a free night, but the entire experience was unnecessary.
