Disliked: Our bedding wasnt changed. Had to chage it ourselves st 2am while there was candy sprinkles ans cake in the bedStaff did not care. He brought up bedding and reeked of weed.

We will never be back.

Liked: Themed room. Would be a little happier if we got the theme room we had booked 4 months ago for this trip.
Disliked: 1.) I booked the jungle room December 28, 2024. Upon arriving I was told the guests in the room decided to extend their stay and I was no longer allowed to have that room. I have two boys and had to settle for the castle, which was not what we wanted. I was told there was nothing they could do and that there is no manager on weekends. 2.) pool was discusting. Especially the bathroom in the pool. Filth. 3.) I asked for clean towels. I was told there was none.4.) our family stayed with us in their own room. After coming back from an event their window to their room had fallen out. 5.) at breakfast we were told there were no clean forks and to use a spoon.6.) everyone who stayed is now home sick.

Liked: Location was good! Didn’t go to breakfast just wanted out!
Disliked: We had arrived late in the night around 230am! The man on the desk was very nice! Upon entering the room it didn’t look to bad! We had been on the road driving for 16 hrs that day so we were exhausted! Pulled down the bed covers to be greeted by two ladybugs in the bed! There was no heat the room was freezing, had to get up in the middle of the night to try the heat again but no luck! The shower water was freezing and when we looked around the place certainly wasn’t maintained over the years! My husband reported it to the desk about the heat and all they said was oh sorry! Not good customer service! We travel quite a bit and this experience was the worst we ever encountered! Not a happy customer!
