Liked: The stay at this hotel was a nightmare, unsettling noises through the night , could not get sleep to make our travel in the morning, hotel clerk that morning of check rude and would not accommodate us for our inconveniences , hotel wea flooded out in the entrance to the room., hotel appeared very unstable. We should have been reimbursed.
Disliked: Nothing, should have been reimbursed , however the clerk would not accommodate us. No rest because of loud noises that could not be detected , flooded hallway entrance, one drying bath towel , there was two of us. That building needs to be reported to the health department.

Disliked: No elevator. Dirty sheets. Had to ask for clean sheets but housekeeping was gone by 3pm. So had to go down myself. Front desk gave me different set but once I got to the room they were too small. Called n he came to change them himself. He was nice about it and helpful

Disliked: The pool was not working. The complementary breakfast was terrible because they had no food.

Liked: The location worked for travel
Disliked: The rooms were not throughly cleaned, there were spider webs, dust, dirt, and stains throughout the room, the locks and doors weren’t that sturdy or secure, and the overall cleanliness was minimal

Overall I would stay here...

Liked: Very quite clean in the first entrance when you walk into the hotel it smelled so good and looked really good. The landscaping is a nice gesture to welcome the guest.
Disliked: Andthe outside building structure did no justice for what was on the inside. The floors could be swept and treated inside the rooms better and small renovation like paint and leaking pipes would be nice for the longer stays.

Liked: It appears that this location is an older hotel, but they are doing nice updating. They offer us a room on the second floor, but there wasn't an elevator. So I requested a first floor room & we were accomdated. The hotel was full of guests & the location was great within 1 1/2 miles from the function we're attending.
Disliked: The floor needed to be mopped, my white socks were very dirty after walking around the room. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning (the toliet needed a good swipe down, there was hair everywhere, the wall had hand prints over the toliet, the tub needed cleaning & sink facet was leaking. I went out & purchased cleaning supplies.
