Needs to improve

Liked: The room is confortable, spacious, and all the time is clean.
Disliked: I try tu use the tv in my room, but my control isnt working good, i give to the people in reception and the hotel never returning me the control, the tuesday i wake up at 7:30 and i dont see a lot option for breakfast, and every morning that i wake up at 6:30 the eggs for breakfast are closer to over, nobody restock, why you offer breakfast time 6 - 9 if you dont make sure to get enough for the rest of the time, and i understand the personal needs to eat, but if you see thats not enough egg for breakfast, maybe need to restock most eggs

Disliked: Breakfast served 6-9 am. By 6:45 am no hot dishes left, and didn’t restock.

Liked: Just the warm shower and the comfortable pillows
Disliked: The confirmation of my stay but next time should be arranged the right Way.
