Careful they'll get you in...

Liked: The room wasn't too bad price was low but they gave me two different stories why they charged me more
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that when I got there and I had already paid for the room that between you and them they got lost that I had a dog and they don't want dogs and hot tub rooms and then when they charged me an extra $100 cleaning fee one of the many things they said was her hair in the tub that I never ended up using

No hot water.

Liked: They were booked to capacity and their hot water boilers stopped working for a day/night. My group and I were dirty and tired from our event with horses and came back looking forward to a nice hot shower which did not happen. We had to take COLD showers while it was still 30s outside to boot. I went down to the lobby in my pajamas and hair in a towel because the phone in the room was also not working and let them know what was happening. one staff member ask me if I’d “turned the knob all the way” and another that told me “I heard cold showers are healthy for you” NO JOKE. He came up to the room and saw for himself it was cold and then they started getting more people and calls for the same thing. At the end of my stay I’d asked if there was any way I could be comped for that night or something. It was my birthday weekend on top of it so having to shell out a bunch of $ for a night I couldn’t even enjoy the simple facilities seems appropriate. I was told by the manager at checkout that I’d get a call within the hour to let me know what they could do. It’s now three days later and no call. I called again and was told the manager will call me tomorrow. So we will see. I’ll gladly update my review if they are able to accommodate this situation appropriately. I hate being a Karen but good grief people! I was even told this also happened at their sister hotel down the road. At capacity and the water broke. Ridiculous.

Disliked: Room 106 needs a new lock on the restroom door
