Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison Heights MI

For $60, I don't expect The Ritz. But I do expect sheets without cigarette burns all over, someone to at least do a once-over with the dusting, and not every fridge I open (even after switching rooms) to have old nasty soda in them. AND after I switched rooms, housekeeping came up to ask me "what's da problem?" with the other room and were EXTREMELY rude. So between the weed smell that permeated the halls and the pool that was probably chlorinated in 2010, this place needs a fumigator and an exorcist. I've never been so disgusted. I'll never stay here again.

Rooms smelled; elevators where broken; plug outlets gave shocks; very disappointed and charged double.

Liked: The room I booked was given to someone else when I got to the facility and was given a different room and was charged almost double than what I expected to pay for the room. They were nice enough to give me a Jacuzzi room but it didn't work and water was everywhere. The room was just down right nasty died up blood was s all over the place like it was an murder scene. For what I paid for this room you all could've done better or adjusted the price a little thbit. So disappointed.

Liked: I did not like one single thing about this property
Disliked: It was filthy. The whole building smelt like urine and feces. We booked a king room with a jacuzzi and the sofa had stains on it. There was old food left in the fridge, the microwave had food inside, the towels were used. The TV in the main room didn’t work and the front staff said it would not be fixed until the next day. It was horrible.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the poll didn’t get cleaned out the next day. I feel like there should be after hours for the adults. My second day there I ended up getting in the pool when it first opened but when I tried to get in the pool around 8 it was a lot of kids in it. Which was cool but I came to relax.
