Disliked: Mirrors were dirty; room was not clean; webs on top of ceiling.

Other than the weird smell in the building, it was a good stay. The room was nice and it didn't smell like the hallways did.

Liked: Nice room, and only 7 minutes from Rupp Arena!
Disliked: The building had a weird musty smell.

Liked: Price, pool & was able to have a smoking room.
Disliked: First off, I was charged $150.00 deposit "to be refunded upon check out & no damages" (wasn't made aware of this until checking in) along with price for 3 nights. I don't know why I was charged a deposit with the conditions of room/issues of entire hotel. I've still not been refunded the $150 deposit & I know we left the room we were in smelling a world better than it did when we arrived! And nothing was damaged! I was a housekeeper for hotel when I was in my 20s so I even gather & tied up trash, piled all towels together & left no mess at all. Would just need cleaned as should be when guests check out!This hotel was not handicap accessible in any way at all... Though website says it is & has elevators too! I called before check-in asking for first floor/flat level & was guaranteed. Didn't happen! Had to climb 8 stairs & walk down a long hall before getting to our room! I am on oxygen 24/7 & use wheelchair due to not being able to stand/walk very far/long at all... but I had to climb up & down steps which was hard on me & very painful! And my spouse had to carry my wheelchair up & down steps for me to use it. Was very hard on me with my physical disabilities and my spouse also!! The website said there was elevators but signs on them saying out of order!!The King size bed was HARD... floor was probably softer honestly! Pillows were not much better! They went flat as you lay your head on them! Used 2 & felt like only 1 flat one!Our room smelled horrible!! We actually went & bought febreze and sprayed entire room down every day, multiple times a day while we were there!! Flat screen TV was so small I couldn't even make out what was on screen! Thank goodness for cellphones!This hotel could use ALOT more attention & care! Housekeeping staff needs to be trained on how to clean effectively & proficiently!!

Liked: It was a okay place to stay at. But Put some bleach down around the outside balcony door so you don't smell the cat p***
Disliked: It's sad that they don't have breakfast for you. A grab and go bag for you to take with you. That's really lousy and sad. You should be able to have something for people to actually have breakfast like a regular motel would deal. Because your restaurant is closed. You can't have nothing like that. Yeah, the grab and go bag wasn't okay but I don't think we'll stay at that motel again.

Disliked: Room was not clean ,pet hair on sheets. Human hair on counter and in sink. Was asked to be moved to another room.

Cheap but gross

Liked: It was cheap and beside a gas station.
Disliked: The hotel was pretty gross. But it was cheap. Double edged sword. The AC smelled bad, the bathroom was disgusting, the hall way smelled like cat piss/litter box. Only one keycard for the room worked, even went back up front and she redid the key, but it still wouldn’t work. The ice machine was gross. Didn’t even dare to come down for any breakfast or anything like that. The shower was dirty too.

Pleasant

Liked: Location, cleanliness, and staff where great,
Disliked: The fridge didnt work. The air conditioner didnt throw out cold air and the elevator was down.
