Disliked: Mirrors were dirty; room was not clean; webs on top of ceiling.

Other than the weird smell in the building, it was a good stay. The room was nice and it didn't smell like the hallways did.

Liked: Nice room, and only 7 minutes from Rupp Arena!
Disliked: The building had a weird musty smell.

Liked: Location and smoking rooms
Disliked: Front staff at night, no microwave, no refrigerator, no iron, no coffee. Nothing. I'll never stay here again. Ide try to get a refund but I'm sure it would be a nightmare. I paid so much more than this was worth, but live and learn. The tub had about 30 cig burns on it n I know it was smoking but a magic eraser would have helped. The toilet paper roll was pulling out at the wall. The whole two nights were miserable. We stayed out as long as we could.

Liked: The pool was very clean
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean. It had a mildew smell and cigarettes smoke smell. I found a roach on the patio door track but nothing inside the actual room. Shower curtain was dirty. The breakfast was a snack cake and sunny d in a bag for breakfast.

Liked: Nice friendly staff,clean , comfortable nice pool fitness center !!
Disliked: Nothing just wished little closer to more restaurants in walking distance

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Quiet and comfortable beds. The breakfast is a snack bag but that is better than nothing. Good coffee provided in lobby. Great location right by 75 so good for a stop when heading north or south.

It sucked

Liked: The location
Disliked: Upon check in 125.00 deposit was put on card. Which was fine. Then they said 35.00 of deposit was nonrefundable. It was for cleaning. We paid it. In the room only 1 light worked. There was 4 lights. The vending machines didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. Then this morning the continental breakfast was a kid size sunny d and a granola bar.

Liked: Bed was decent
Disliked: TV was inoperative,The room layout was different compared to images online,The only privacy for the bathroom was a literal curtain that was facing the bed. Additionally the curtain barely blocked visibility. The Jacuzzi-style bath was disgusting. I booked this room specifically for the bath, and never ended up using it because it was in such a bad condition

Liked: Staff was amazing! I rolled in at 1am and the front desk person was super sweet and helpful.
