I would not stay here again.

Liked: Room was kept neat and supplied with towels and linens.
Disliked: Rundown; extremely loud bathroom exhaust fan; glass, cigarette butts, debris in the courtyard. Breakfast was skimpy with no meat. There was one waffle maker, allowing long wait lines to form.

Liked: The staff was great and the breakfast was a meal not just cereal and fruit the had eggs, pancakes and more.
Disliked: Good location for the PA Ren Faire 20 minutes from there and great price for location. Stay there every year.

Liked: Location to everything was great. Evening front desk lady was nice.
Disliked: We went down for breakfast, not once, but twice trying to get breakfast, but the selection was lackluster, they "ran out" by 845 and said what you have is what you have. Kind of weird. The pool wasn't just for hotel guests only, so that sketched us out. The area wasn't too great, felt unsafe after dark due to random people just staring at us as we tried entering the building. Evening lady was nice, the morning one was very crotchety. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Whoever took the pictures they show online did a fantastic job, because it doesn't look as clean as it does in the pictures.

Disliked: The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and not sanitary. There was a roach in my room that I had to kill. Staff smoked on the steps directly in front of the building where guests need to walk.

Disliked: Everything! The room was dated and didn't seem very clean. There was a weird smell on our floor and the lobby. The breakfast buffet looked like it would make you sick. Nothing put out what was out had no food safety precautions. It seemed like the place was being used for long-term stays and a few rooms for people passing through. We would never stay here again.
