Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Richard, Mckeesport, visiting Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire

I would not stay here again.

Liked: Room was kept neat and supplied with towels and linens.
Disliked: Rundown; extremely loud bathroom exhaust fan; glass, cigarette butts, debris in the courtyard. Breakfast was skimpy with no meat. There was one waffle maker, allowing long wait lines to form.

I’ll never stay there again

Liked: The breakfast was really nothing they wouldn’t go out of their way to help you on stage four and they wouldn’t make me any eggs or waffles to eat so personally I don’t like the place. The floors were really sticky. The TV remote didn’t work. It’s not worth the money.
Disliked: The breakfast sucked cause I couldn’t eat it stage four and they wouldn’t go out of their way to make me anything that I could eat

The staff only was worth...

Liked: The staff were amazing. We checked in late and Nicky was so friendly and nice. The woman who does the breakfast was so friendly and made sure I had all the hot water I needed for my tea. The young man working the desk in the morning went above and beyond by going to the store to buy candles and a card for my daughter’s birthday (I had forgotten them at home) I have never met a better more friendly and sincere staff.
Disliked: It needs some updating

Absolutely awful, at all costs...

Liked: Absolutely nothing other than the lemon water.
Disliked: It was dirty, even the sheets in my room were used. Not only stains on them..but actual dirt that I was able to brush off the covers. I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets, they didn’t want to give me any. I told them looks like I’m hanging out in your lobby all night then..then unwillingly the guy went to the back and grabbed a normal sheet..not even a fitted sheet. I slept with no blankets and was freezing..just a sheet over my gross bed. When I mentioned this to management in the morning they didn’t even hold their housekeeping accountable, they had the nerve to blame the last person in that room. Managements exact words were “some people are homeless and live here, the last person had an extended stay”. Not to mention the hair dryer was completely sticky the room was downright filthy I mean trash from the last person, food particles on the walls, you can imagine the rest. I didn’t dare to walk without shoes and there was dog hair all over the floor and the second I took them off the carpet felt sticky. Nope wore shoes the rest of the night. I’ve stayed in some cheap hotels I’m not a holiday in boujee person, but this place is just down right disgusting. and there were cockroach’s all over my room to top it off.

THE WORSE MOLD RIDDEN ROOM...

Liked: NO OUTLET FOR THE ON WALL HAIR DRYER SO THE HAIE DRYER COULDN'T BE USED AS IT COULDN'T BE PLUGGED IN THE WALL. THE ROOM SMELL OF MOLD AND YOU COULD SEE THE MOLD ON THE WALL CEILING AND THE BUILDING WAS AT LEAST 60 YEARS OLD, ROOM TINY, BED THE LESS EXPENSIVE BED. NO JUICE AT BREAKFAST ANS NO FOOD READY AVAILABLE.
Disliked: ABSOLUTLY NOTHING. WORST HOEL IN MY 67 YEARS AND I'VE LIVED IN HOTELS FOR YEARS AT A TIME WORKING AS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE MILITARY.
