Liked: The hotel is located in an industrial area. So the locale sucked. The staff were friendly but the room was a pet room right off the lobby so it was noisy. The breakfast buffet was really good. Lots of fresh scrambled eggs and sausages and the best waffles I ever ate. It was the saving grace. Would I stay again? No

Liked: Great breakfast and dining room open 24 hours to make own coffee
Disliked: Adjacent to industrial shops, not the best view from rooms

Liked: Bedding was comfortable.and cleaning staff were nice
Disliked: Breakfast unless you got within first 5 minutes for hot food was cold everyday we were there 6 nights 1 morning was hot. For the amount per night paid in the extra fees is not worth the extra had I spent 10 dollars a night more could have stayed at a hotel with pool a workout facility. When you walk In it feels old dark lighting even in the room you had to figure out the light switches just to get certain lights on. I'm one to generally say a hotel is just a place to sleep but definitely this hotel was my least favorite. Just felt old and run down.

Liked: The front desk staff and service staff were very nice.
Disliked: Rented a King suite. The A/C worked in the sleeping area but did not work in the living area. Suite was missing a table and chairs. Toilet seat was not well attached to toilet. Lots of drug addicted folks in the area.
