I want my money back.

Disliked: They took $400 from me after I checked out and I want my money back. We did not get new towels, tissue and get the room cleaned.

Disliked: First day breakfast was no good and then didn’t clean my room after first night.

Liked: Nothing because they canceled my reservation when I started to the room with my pets which I included in my reservation.
Disliked: The manager calling me a liar for not physically telling the clerk I had pets. I did not realize I had to tell them if it was included in my reservation

Family vacation

Liked: Price was good
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, the bathroom water was so hot you couldn't bathe in it. Water at sink was cold no wam water. As we were loading up to leave the kids split a bag of peanut butter M&M's they went under the bed and night stand. So they charged me $150 for a deep clean. I had to ask for 2 days for them to change the sheets and i had to go get fresh towels every day because they didn't bring any. The $150 was all we had left after give our kids a staycation. So no food this week for them, all week we took our own garbage out.
