Liked: Location
Disliked: Requested first floor due to physical disabilities and heart condition. Given a room on second floor. Ad said continental breakfast but there was no breakfast. Pool closed at 9 and not 10. Barely got to swim.

Liked: Nothing but the area it was in.
Disliked: My shower was dirty and the hotel didn't serve breakfast and we paid for the breakfast upon arrival we were told they don't serve breakfast anymore😕 floors in room dirty had to walk on a towel and stand on a towel in the shower bottom of shower was grey like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Man and woman working there are very rude and lack customer service skills it was a bad experience all around. Pool was dirty we checked in and didn't return until almost 3 am and checked out at 9 am the next morning we didn't stay both nights.
