The people were nice but they need to upgrade and fix the issues.

Liked: The room was cleaned.
Disliked: The breakfast sucked. They ran out of the juices. Our door to our room broke and one of the beds broke also.

Lady at desk very, very helpful. She first explained why they needed the credit card and ID due to identity theft. When I reserved the room I thought I paid it as well - she explained no, that was just to reserve. Then she told me what site I can go on to actually pay! Very helpful, so my daughter didn't have to drive back to Oklahoma at midnight. Daughter said room was very clean and nice.

Liked: Lady at desk very helpful.
Disliked: That they needed my ID and credit card - I was six hours away and rented for my daughter.

I will never stay there again.

Disliked: The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and we were not allowed to get additional towels.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Good value for the price.

Disliked: The facility was dirty. There was mold and mildew growing in the room and on the beds themselves. The carpet looked so dirty I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. There were rudely patched holes in the walls, leaking faucets, a broken vent in the bathroom, etc. The whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes inside, even on the non-smoking side. The area itself wasn't good. I felt unsafe staying there with my female friend. My friend and I opted to drive 4.5 hours home at 1am rather than stay there for another second.
