The people were nice but they need to upgrade and fix the issues.

Liked: The room was cleaned.
Disliked: The breakfast sucked. They ran out of the juices. Our door to our room broke and one of the beds broke also.

Lady at desk very, very helpful. She first explained why they needed the credit card and ID due to identity theft. When I reserved the room I thought I paid it as well - she explained no, that was just to reserve. Then she told me what site I can go on to actually pay! Very helpful, so my daughter didn't have to drive back to Oklahoma at midnight. Daughter said room was very clean and nice.

Liked: Lady at desk very helpful.
Disliked: That they needed my ID and credit card - I was six hours away and rented for my daughter.

I will never stay there again.

Disliked: The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and we were not allowed to get additional towels.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Good value for the price.

Disliked: Cleaning lady’s daughter was in our room when we arrived. There was ants and a cockroach in our room

Disliked: Everything. There was blood or dirt all over the bed, pillows, and lamp shades. There were burn marks and holes in the pillows and sheets. We asked for another room and the staff was incredibly rude. They said there were no other rooms and no other pillows or blankets. After we stood there for a moment looking for another hotel, the staff was rude and said “so are you guys gonna check out or what”. we eventually left and had to pay double for another hotel because it was so last minute. We’re now waiting to hear back to see if we can get a refund because we weren’t in the hotel for even 5 minutes and we didn’t even touch anything either.

Disliked: The venue is old and run down and needs to be upgraded if I had any choice I would not have stayed there.
