The people were nice but they need to upgrade and fix the issues.

Liked: The room was cleaned.
Disliked: The breakfast sucked. They ran out of the juices. Our door to our room broke and one of the beds broke also.

Lady at desk very, very helpful. She first explained why they needed the credit card and ID due to identity theft. When I reserved the room I thought I paid it as well - she explained no, that was just to reserve. Then she told me what site I can go on to actually pay! Very helpful, so my daughter didn't have to drive back to Oklahoma at midnight. Daughter said room was very clean and nice.

Liked: Lady at desk very helpful.
Disliked: That they needed my ID and credit card - I was six hours away and rented for my daughter.

I will never stay there again.

Disliked: The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and we were not allowed to get additional towels.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Good value for the price.

Liked: Nothing was good about this property
Disliked: I should have taken it as a sign when the front desk lady told me "your in the hood" as my first red flag to turn and run. The doors in both rooms had been visibly kicked off their hinges previously and had been just barely screwed back on to close. Had to put the ironing board in front of the door in an attempt to get a good enough lock to keep our family safe for just a few hours. There was filth all over the walls, food residue, smudges on the bathroom walls that I don't even want to know what it was. There were stains EVERYWHERE. 3 of the 4 lamps either didn't have a shade on them or the shade looked like it had been crumpled up and thrown and was also covered in filth. The beds were "made" and had literal stains and what appeared to be blood and body fluids on them. We didn't even feel comfortable even attempting to get under the blankets and had to go purchase our own just to try to get a few hours of sleep. Was great staying in a "suite" for a family of 5 and all having to cram into the only bed that looked halfway decent. There were literally "workers of the night" outside trying to run games on the people that were staying on the property. 1000000% will NEVER be back to this property and honestly just thanking God we made it out without being robbed or contracting some type disease from the room.

Embarrassing and disrespectful

Disliked: The disrespect, Sam the front desk person smoking weed in front of the building while at work messed up on our reservation and said we didn’t pay and put our things in a big bag and held in office. We had proof the money was taken out account, no apology the manager (Liz) didn’t want to talk to us. A big spider was in our room, the front of the air conditioner fell off.

DIRTY AND UNSAFE

Disliked: This was the grosses hotel we have ever stayed in, you should be ashamed to have it associated with Bookings name. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and paid $613.00. The whole hotel smelled liked Marijuana, so bad we had to walk in the hallways with our noses plugged.  When we entered both of our rooms, they had not been cleaned properly. The sheets were not changed, one bed had blood on it, another hair all over it, and nail clippings. When we went to ask for clean sheets, the front desk replied with," we have been trying to crack down on house keeping, but it hasn't been working." The bed pads had cigarette burns all over it. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in I dont know how long. Our children wouldn't even take a shower because they were grossesd out on how DIRTY it was. The sink had smeared toothpaste from the last people across the counter.  The SAFETY LOCK on the door looked like it had been kicked in and was hanging off, I didn't sleep at all because I was afraid of people kicking the door open. A smoke alarm went off in the night around 3:30am for 10 seconds.  Overall this hotel was so DIRTY AND UNSAFE for our children, that we only stayed 1 night and made the decision to drive home 4 hours at 9:00pm, because we could not make ourselves stay another night.  $613.00 for a hotel in this conditions is ridiculous, we are hesitant to use Bookings ever again because this hotel was so bad.

Could be more pleasant

Liked: I liked that there was a smoking section area, wich you don't in most other hotel, it gives you choice, for the smokers, specially in cold weather, and Samantha, wich is an excellent host and multi tasks, she helped with everything
Disliked: The price was a little high, the wi fi kept crashing and same breakfast every morning, not even eggs and more options and there was not some good movie channels and a lot of them were voice only

Liked: The pictures they showed on their web page which were not currently by any means updated.
Disliked: I didn't like that upon arriving there was lots of people standing around in the parking lot, one of the outter side doors looked as if it wasn't able to securely shut. After checking in I noticed the elevator was very out dated and that the deluxe suite we booked one of the olroom doors peep hole to veiw the hall had the magnifying glass removed so it was completely wide open from our room to the hallway . the office told us there wasn't a replacement room and they couldn't accommodate anything else. the shower racks were broken , the left over toiletries of someone else still in the room. the manager says she was aware of all conditions but it was the owners fault. the breakfast was horrible, the visitors that showed up in th3 middle of the night banged at our room door at 3 am wich upon checking no one was outside in the hall way. very unsafe very unclean.
