Liked: The only thing I liked about this property was the space in the room
Disliked: From the time I checked in, I had a hard time accepting that there was 3 floors with only 1 elevator on 1 side & having to enter/exit from 2 doors which was at each end of the property. The room had signs of infestation, I found 4/5 roaches crawling in spaces very visible to the eye, the back to the tv remote was missing, the bathroom was the worst! Hard water stains on the shower head, the tub was very low maintenance as if someone had recently burned something in it & the overall look have clean yet old fashioned. Very little style/taste in the room for such a scenery next to the freeway & the PARKING WAS ALARMING ! There a guy either fixing on cars or selling them in the back and it’s like a maze to find parking. My overall rating should be a 2/10, however I hope they make adjustments soon.

Disliked: I booked a smoking room and they waited until I got there to say they had no smoking rooms. But among my stay walking down the hall they had plenty of rooms with smoke smells coming from them

Liked: The staff was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: My family stayed nearly 25 days and we were not offered any discounts or courtesy room stay. I have been a Marriott Rewards member for years and other properties (Days Inn) I have stayed offered me substantial discounts after a week of residency.
