NEVER AGAIN!

Liked: Breakfast was small but decent (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, cereal and yogurt) coffee machine had good options.
Disliked: Before check in I made a call to the front desk and the lady 1. Wasn't so friendly. 2. Basically hung up on me. The room was in a corner with no air flow. It smelled like there was pee all over the front door. So bad, we would hold our breath and run in the door. Sleeping area smelled like pee and I asked to be moved the next day, but they just put a machine to temporarily remove the smell (the smell was back the same night).

The room was very nice....

Liked: The rooms were very nice bed was comfortable. You can tell it was recently remodeled.
Disliked: Staff attitude is not the best housekeeping is slow. It takes them all day to clean your room and my diamond ring was taken.

Liked: The bed, fresh towels, fresh bedding, even had a pull out sofa just in case the wife got upset lol I really appreciate the staff restocking the coffee for the kierig each time we left. I will be back.
Disliked: I loved everything

Liked: The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: I wasn't expecting a motel-like structure. But we did acclimate ourselves to this and had a pleasant enough stay. The pool was enjoyed.There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room which might have been caused by the type of cleaning supplies used.The carpet near the bathroom was not secured properly and I constantly tripped over it. The staff said it would be fixed.

Liked: The price was good. The location was okay. There was nothing close by like food .but I had a rental car to move around in
Disliked: Housekeeping is not very good. My first one I checked in the room I had hair in the tub. I took pictures. I showed the clerk downstairs. He told me he will tell the housekeeper. Maybe it’s one of their hairs. Maybe they should check it before they rent that room out, I had to clean the room myself Too. They will strip your bed and leave it on strip. I left came back sat there two hours by the pool waiting came back to the room room still wasn’t done went down to the office office came up and looked. The guy seen. It wasn’t done. Waited an hour went back to the office Because now at 6 o’clock at night and the phone. I was in room 208 never worked talk to manager about it one morning. She told me to call them on my cell phone.

It was a good value...

Liked: The property was very nice and looks remodeled. Night staff was very friendly and professional that Morning and evening staff are not very friendly. The phone in my room didn’t work. I let the manager on dayshift know about it. She came to the room said she would replace the phone never did the next one was the Keurig machine in my room had mowed in it. They did replace it by my second day they stripped the linen off my bed when I came back to the room. I waited for over two hours at the pool and it still wasn’t done it took them three hours for me to go down to man at the office to have my room with sheets put back on the bed at 6 o’clock at night
Disliked: Staff is not very friendly and housekeeping will strip room and have you wait all day for them to come back to finish cleaning
