Want a Reliable Shuttle? Stay...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Check out was at noon.
Disliked: I called 12 hours in advance to arrange a shuttle from the airport. They told me to simply call back whenever we had landed. I told them we were landing around midnight, so I wanted to be sure. They said no problem.We arrived at midnight, and I called. I called 11 times, and no one picked up. Finally, someone picked up the phone. Turns out, at night, there is only ONE person who does everything from checking guests in, picking people up in the shuttle, etc. I felt bad, because they were obviously in over their head, but it's also a horrible experience for guests, especially when we notified them in advance and are traveling with three children.The next morning, when I needed a shuttle back to the airport, they told me to wait outside the front door and the shuttle would leave at 10a. Nobody showed up until 10:15 and then they said there were too many people so some people had to stay behind. Everyone here had planned in advance, and they were late and didn't accommodate. This is an airport location—this is the primary needs of the majority of the guests!Staff was rude when we asked for help, or was visibly annoyed. I'm sorry—we paid for this hotel, why are you frustrated when I'm asking for the services you say you provide?

Liked: I love the quietness. No matter how loud it is outside. It is very quiet inside the room. The bed is very comfy and the staff is very friendly.
Disliked: If anything..it would be that the ice machine is outside but other than that nothing is wrong. Been there many times and will continue to do so.

Disliked: A little far from the airport and there's no shuttle so it cost a fair bit to get here and back -- could have stayed at a better/closer hotel with a shuttle for the same overall cost. Note that it is a motel -- no interior lobby and very close to the highway so there's a lot of noise. Otherwise clean and fine.

Liked: THEY HAVE STREAMING ENTERTAINMENT!! (My biggest request.) Surprisingly clean and comfortable in a convenient location.
Disliked: Like all motels the walls are a little thin. Have stayed on both floors and you can here TV's turned up loud. Staffing is low. Late night arrival had issues since the only desk attendant was away picking up a guest at the airport

Liked: So clean, such friendly staff, yummy breakfast, fabulous pool
