Perfection Hotel!

Liked: This was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! It was super clean and smelled amazing! The rooms were perfect! The staff were exceptional and super friendly! I highly recommend this hotel!
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: At the check in process, I went to go check the room before actually bringing my luggage. During checking the room, the bathroom towel had hair follicles still on it. The bedroom pillow cases had black stains on it and the comforter had brown stain on it as if the room and sheets was half clean and not cleaned at all. I went back up to the front representative to address the issue and ask if the sheets and stuff could be changed out instead he goes to the hotel laundry and hands it to me to change out. I asked for housekeeping and he stated that no one was on duty at approximately 7pm that evening. The representatives were very nonchalant about the situation even after allowing me to pick another room. I also stated that if the sheets and comforter had stains that couldn’t not be removed, housekeeping should throw them away because it does not look right from a new customer perspective. On my last night staying there, which my booking was only two nights, the front desk representative walked into my room around 5-6am while my family was sleeping! It made us feel so uncomfortable and safe! How can a representative mix up rooms thinking it is vacant? All customer presents name and key cards at check out, one that is given all customer information pulls up!
