Gunnison review.

Liked: Very clean and quiet hotel, especially considering it was next to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, with everything ready for our arrival.
Disliked: Outdoor grounds were not maintained very well,but adequate for our short visit. The breakfast was adequate but minimal.

Very poor

Liked: No one we know will know that we stayed there. Out of ten places on a three week trip it was the absolute worst!
Disliked: No upkeep inside or out. From outside looked to be abandoned. Sloppy maintenance inside. Looks as if manager could care less about basic/minimum standards. Can't believe it is even advertised under current name. SHAME!! Owner should sell.

Liked: The convenience of parking was right by the door
Disliked: The smell when we walked in our room was horrible, it smelled like somebody had just got done eating Chinese food and the smell wouldn't go away. That smell was constantly coming from the bathroom, which we didn't even bother showering in there due to the smell, as well as the corresion of the shower head and peeling of the paint in there. We even bought air fresheners to help. There was also a part of the metal frame from the bed exposed but was hidden by the bedding that my daughter hit and almost cut herself on. As well as a can of Copenhagen behind the TV that my daughter found.
