Liked: The convenience of parking was right by the door
Disliked: The smell when we walked in our room was horrible, it smelled like somebody had just got done eating Chinese food and the smell wouldn't go away. That smell was constantly coming from the bathroom, which we didn't even bother showering in there due to the smell, as well as the corresion of the shower head and peeling of the paint in there. We even bought air fresheners to help. There was also a part of the metal frame from the bed exposed but was hidden by the bedding that my daughter hit and almost cut herself on. As well as a can of Copenhagen behind the TV that my daughter found.

Liked: Easy access to rooms, enough parking
Disliked: Our door lock (room 120) was broken. The curtains were hanging off their rod, the temp was impossible to control, not enough hot water!

Disliked: The beds were absolutely awful. Slept horrible.

Escape Alive

Liked: That I made it out alive. The female housekeepers were very professional.
Disliked: Kirin is a very unstable person who refused to fix anything in my room and Yelled at me several times when I approached the front desk. At least a dozen male workers would harrass me as I left and returned and my door lock was damaged as five or more times during my stay someone attempted to force it open, photos were taken and Gunnison health department informed as the heater did not work, the fridge froze everything, the sink did not work and generally it was a Scary place where loitering was common.
