Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Grand Rapids Near Downtown

Disliked: The room is advertised as having a balcony. Balconies by definition are an ELEVATED platforms, our room was on ground floor...I paid extra money for that.

Disliked: I didn't get my deposit back and they said they returned it and never did and I was charged a fee for my emotional support animal

Liked: Location wasn’t horrible
Disliked: No hot tub like pictures, our ac didn’t work we looked at the box in the wall it was off…the box didn’t even work it was literally shoved into the dry wall not hooked up to anything and when we tried to find someone at front desk nobody was around, when someone was at the desk we said it wasn’t working and asked if they had any fans and the guy said ‘I just do the desk’ and then we asked for an extra sheet or blanket and he said no housekeepers are here I can’t get you anything. Some guy was in the pool area no kids swimming rocking back and forth eating subway just sitting there for a few hours made everyone pretty uncomfortable since we were there for a cheer competition….breakfast Sunday was pulled at 9am sharp! Including all coffee and creamer/sugar….couldnt get coffee after 9am….asked for a late checkout the lady told me to request it online nobody ever reached back out to me about it.

Nice quick place

Liked: I liked the vibes, smoke area, the pool/game room was nice.
Disliked: I haven't received my deposit back as of yet and everything was good when I left. The breakfast could be a little better.
